Instructor: Soo Jung Hyun
This series of lecture will focus on Korean art history; from influences of
Western art to today’s Korean art in changes and developments. Also looking at Korean artists who has had success in global stage and evaluate their accomplishments and significances. In this global economy crisis we will have a chance to experience timelessness in art that travels from past to future, as well as eastern to western.

Soo Jung Hyun received PhD in Art History and Aesthetics from Chosun University and has jurored, exhibited and curated numerous shows internationally - including Tehran Contemporary Sculpture Biennale, Gwangju Biennale, and John Jay Gallery, New York.
